∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
∎ Graduate/Post Graduate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM)/Animal Husbandry/ Zoology/ Botany

∎ Age 24 to 38 years
∎ Good knowledge of Brooding, Bio-security, Vaccine Schedule.
∎ Strong analytical and negotiation skill.
∎ Must have good communication and convincing skill.
∎ Should have good skill in MS Office (specially Excel and Word).
∎ Willingness to travel frequently.
∎ Must have the mindset of working and living in rural areas since the farms are located outside Dhaka.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain bird body weight as per the standard.
∎ Ensure vaccination, medication and disinfection schedule and application.
∎ Monitor bird health and hygiene in coordination with the Micro Lab.
∎ Maintain and verify the inventories like Feed, Medicines, and Disinfectantstock.
∎ Ensure Machine and Equipment Cleaning on Daily Basis.
∎ Ensures completion of all quality assurance checks for the following;Birds Activity, vaccination, equipment, and maintenance work.
∎ Ensure bio-security and safety in and around the farm premises.
∎ Ensure the implementation of standard operating procedures in FarmLevel.
∎ Ensure Daily ERP Entry.
∎ Ensure proper recording of Documents and Reporting at farm level.
∎ Production:
∎ Maintain bird body weight as per the standard.
∎ Ensure vaccination, medication and disinfection schedule and application.
