Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervision of work all warehouse (delivery) & finishing Personnel & Receiving Sales requirements, Planning production, and execute.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely delivery of each order.
∎ Follow up & Monitoring properly received & delivery schedule.
∎ Look after all SAP (System Application Product) works & increase productivity.
∎ Reducing broke/loss percentage.
∎ Optimization of paper quality at the converting & packaging stage.
∎ Ensuring optimum product quality at the finishing stage.
∎ Ensuring the best quality of product at the converting & packaging stage.
∎ Increasing production of Cut size, sheet cutter, Ream wrapping & Guillotine machine.
∎ Inventory control of all kinds of finished goods & packing materials, and consumables for the finishing & warehouse department.
∎ Ensuring warehouse & finishing compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ Ensure smooth delivery operations by issuing gate pass & a delivery challan & the other required documents.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by line manager.
