∎ B.Sc in Petroleum and Mining Engineering/ Chemical Engineering from reputed university.
∎ Education requirement can be relaxed for skilled and experienced candidates.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Fuel Operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Fuel/Petroleum, Power
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Fuel In-charge to ensure overall functions and activities of the fuel operation department.
∎ Ensure regular recording (with physical presence) of tank sounding, fuel temperature and calculate correct fuel quantity.
∎ Carry out all formalities with BPC, Padma-Meghna-Jamuna and Tank Terminal (SETT) regarding berthing, unloading from ship, survey and testing of received HFO during fuel import process.
∎ Assist in maintaining the continuous fuel transfer process by managing tank lorries.
∎ Take frequent round at loading and unloading point and ensure proper operation.
∎ Keep all fuel-related data recorded in files.
∎ Assist Fuel In-charge in preparing all fuel test reports, confirm quality and other required issues.
∎ Keep informed the management about the latest stock-position of HFO and diesel well ahead of the requirement in absence of Fuel In-charge.
∎ Asst. Fuel In-charge in selling the HFO sludge in due time.
∎ Carry out all other responsibilities related to fuel as and when required and guided by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of working in HFO fired power plant would be an added advantages.
∎ To be able to lead the team and handle all types of emergency situation as and when arise during the shift.
