Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The HR Executive plays a pivotal role in our organization, ensuring the seamless operation of HR functions and contributing to the overall success of the group. This position requires a proactive and dynamic individual capable of handling a diverse range of HR Functions:Jobs to Do:Prepare Job advertisement, CV sorting, printing and calling bellow executive level candidates.Assist in preparing all relevant documents, setting arrangement and entertainment of Interview Session for all level of candidates.Assist in preparing short listed candidates’ summary for all level of employees.Assist in preparing Appointment Letter bellow Manager Level and arrange induction session.Entry relevant date in Excel database systems.      Monitor attendance and ensure on time salary generation through salary reconciliation process·        Implement and manage performance management process with organizational objectives·        Conduct turnover analysis to identify trends and implement retention strategies·        Respond re-actively to HR issues and proactively implement measures to mitigate future challenges and take actions on disciplinary issues timely and accordingly·        Implement initiatives for employee engagement & monitor employee engagement and welfare programs·        Report to supervisor about all HR issues as per prescribed format
