∎ Diploma in Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare plans, oversee and monitor the procurement of quality components.
∎ Review, compare, analyze, make reports and get approval for the products and services to be purchased.
∎ Assist to source, negotiate and purchase materials from local vendors.
∎ Ensure the availability of all type of components in due time.
∎ Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
∎ Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, shipment times, product ranges, etc.
∎ Research and evaluate prospective vendors.
∎ Maintain liaison with vendors and negotiate contracts.
∎ Prepare budget, cost analyses, and report.
∎ Coordinate with regulatory organizations (Chief controller's office of Imports/Exports, customs and different Ministries) and obtain the relevant permission.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the head of department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Diploma or B.Sc. (Civil) Engineer.
∎ MBA / Masters in Business Administration (preferable major in Supply Chain Management).
∎ Professional Certification in Supply Chain Management will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Negotiation Skills, Persuasive Skills.

Salary: Negotiable
