∎ Minimum graduation from any discipline but a BSc in Textile will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Good Ms office and Emailing skill, Quality assuarance, Quality Auditor, Team leading ability
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dealing with customer complaint, HTL, Offset printing and packaging, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Quality Management System
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ *Responsible for following the overall quality of the Offset/HTL department.
∎ *Scheduling Quality Controllers' work plan for Inline/online/PDI QC & following up on the reporting system.
∎ *Follow up on the inline/online/PDI qc activities & their work process.
∎ *Follow up the daily raised issues/ findings from QA & escalate with the production team to solve those.
∎ *Investigate & Analyze all internal and external customer complaints. Coordinate with CSE team regarding customer complaints.
∎ *Scheduling of quality controllers to perform inventory as per requirement.
∎ *Arranging the Training needs identification for the QA team.
∎ *Preparation of MIS report related to Quality Objectives.
∎ *Recommending stopping the Production in case of any Noncompliance reported during production.
∎ *Recommending stopping the Production in case of any Noncompliance reported during production.
∎ *Provide daily inspection and customer complaint summaries to managers.
∎ *Reporting to the QA Manager regarding any system failure and Implementation Issues.
∎ *Any other assignment given by the Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate knowledge in Quality Assurance.
∎ Only Males are allowed to apply.
∎ Candidate should have good command in English and Basic Computer Knowledge.
∎ Knowing Hindi will be an additional advantage.
∎ Good communication skill is a must.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 50000 (Monthly)
