Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Field Force Support: Track and validate field sales activities, attendance, journey plans, and call reports; escalate any issues requiring resolution.
∎ Supervising & monitoring of all kinds of sales-related jobs of the company and taking appropriate measures in a timely manner.
∎ Identifying the problems and reporting to the respective department and Top management timely.
∎ Serve as the first point of contact for sales-related inquiries, complaints, and returns; document feedback and follow up to resolution.
∎ Generate daily/weekly order fulfillment and collection status summaries.
∎ Set and track sales targets aligned with company objectives.
∎ Monitor sales metrics (i.e., monthly, quarterly, periodic results, and annual forecasts).
∎ Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the senior management officials
