Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for apartment and shop sales, considering market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, providing relevant information, and guiding them through the sales process.
∎ Utilize various channels such as online platforms, referrals, networking events, and marketing campaigns to generate leads for sales.
∎ Conduct presentations and property tours to prospective clients, showcasing the features, amenities, and benefits of apartments and shops to persuade them to make a purchase.
∎ Negotiate sales terms and prices with clients, ensuring mutual agreement and facilitating the closure of deals in a timely manner.
∎ Prepare and review sales agreements, contracts, and other documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
∎ Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and offerings.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and legal departments to coordinate sales activities, resolve issues, and optimize processes.
∎ Generate sales reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to management on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
