Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Science background).
∎ Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply for Executive positions.
∎ Candidates with 1–2 years of experience may be considered for Senior Executive role.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills (both in Bangla and English).
∎ Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
∎ Passionate about sales, target-oriented, and highly self-motivated.
∎ Willing to work in the field and travel extensively within assigned areas.
∎ Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email).
∎ Candidates from Dhaka and Narayanganj or nearby locations will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Promote CONCORD’s full range of diagnostic products and services to new and existing clients.
∎ Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare professionals to generate referrals and build strong professional relationships.
∎ Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C business opportunities in the assigned territory.
∎ Organize and assist in various promotional activities such as seminars, health camps and focused group meetings.
∎ Achieve individual and team-wise monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∎ Regularly collect and analyze market insights and competitor information for strategic planning.
∎ Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Cooperate and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and resolve issues.
∎ Prepare daily work reports and submit updates to line managers.
