∎ Local candidates of Chattogram are preferred, but candidates from other districts who are interested in working in Chattogram for this position are welcome to apply.
∎ Ability to achieve company goals.
∎ Ability to work well in a group, sharing ideas and problem-solving capabilities.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
∎ Should have a flexible approach and ability to influence others.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Acquiring and maintaining a high understanding of DMFR’s product & service range.
∎ Identifying potential new customers and ensuring visits to increase business.
∎ Achieving daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
∎ Visiting potential doctors and institutes to promote the services for boosting sales.
∎ Organizing different events like scientific seminars, health camps, focus meetings, etc.
∎ Developing and maintaining B2B & B2C business.
∎ Ensuring frequent visits and maintaining good relationships with Doctors/Hospitals/Clinics to achieve sales targets.
∎ Developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
∎ Collecting and analyzing market research data to identify new opportunities for potential growth.
∎ Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other members of the organization and involving them in product-related queries as required.
∎ Other related tasks as required.
