∎ 1-5 years of experience in feed sales, technical services, or related fields.
∎ Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in animal nutrition, feed formulation, and livestock/aquaculture management.
∎ Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
∎ Willingness to travel frequently and work in rural areas.
∎ Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Promote and sell animal feed products (poultry/fish/cattle feed) to farmers, dealers, and distributors.
∎ Provide technical support and advisory services to farmers regarding animal nutrition, feed management, and disease prevention.
∎ Conduct farm visits, troubleshoot livestock and aquaculture health issues, and recommend suitable feed solutions.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, veterinarians, and key industry stakeholders.
∎ Organize training programs, seminars, and product demonstrations for farmers and dealers.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance sales strategies.
∎ Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure business growth in the designated territory.
∎ Work closely with the R&D and marketing teams to improve product positioning and technical support.
