∎ Contact potential customers over phone to explain our product.
∎ Answer questions about our products or the company.
∎ Enter and update customer information in the database.
∎ Listen & identify to customers' objections and handle them effectively.
∎ Regularly conduct raw data call and generate prospective leads.
∎ Make schedule for outdoor meeting & project visit.
∎ Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
∎ Provide correct, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
∎ Overseeing the customer service process.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by Department.
