Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales through our e-commerce website.
∎ Manage and optimize the performance of our e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience, and maximizing conversion rates.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, and utilize insights to develop effective marketing campaigns.
∎ Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc., to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
∎ Create and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products, and drive repeat purchases.
∎ Implement search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
∎ Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and other relevant platforms, to drive targeted traffic and achieve marketing goals.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to enhance our online presence.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 42 years
∎ Proven track record in successfully managing e-commerce websites and driving online sales.
∎ In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and best practices.
∎ Proficiency in social media management, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising platforms.
∎ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
∎ Prior experience in the e-commerce industry, particularly in Bangladesh, will be an added advantage.
