∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To execute and to make sure the dispositions of Environment, Health, and Safety are being complied.
∎ Cross-check check packing list with JDE after scanning to verify the information provide from shipping match with the information registered in JDE.
∎ Confirm the ST/OT in JDE and review that there is no missing information from the system such as price, missing branch, etc.
∎ Report any issue or missing information from JDE to the corresponding person to find a solution.
∎ Prepare all documents for the shipment such as Invoice and Packing List Export Format (EXP) Bank and C&F for the shipment of the goods.
∎ Prepare the report of style and color-wise shipment.
∎ Keep constant communications with the agents related to shipping (Forwarder, C&F, Transport agent) if any problem arises for the shipment of the goods.
∎ Generate cycle counts and entry the information taken from the monthly inventory to adjust the inventory in JDE.
∎ Perform any other operation-related function indicated by the immediate supervisor.

∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
