∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.Give booking for transport & maintain regular communication with garments finishing & commercial department.
∎ 2.Have to keep communication with the loaders, drivers, production heads for smooth operation
∎ 3.Will keep proper communication with all concerned departments for smooth shipment processing
∎ 4.Prepare C&F and Buyer documents
∎ 5.Handle export procedure of all buyers
∎ 6.Prepare commercial invoices and update in ERP.
∎ 7.Preserve hard & soft copies of commercial data for future reference.
∎ 8.Prepare report, as per management requirement.
∎ 9.Preparing bills of lading and commercial invoices
∎ 10.Negotiating settlement of customs duties, taxes, and fines with government officials .
∎ 11.Coordinating with other departments within the company to ensure that export
∎ 12.Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ 13.Good inter-personal & communication skills
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Spinning, Garments Accessories, Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies, Freight forwarding, Shipping
Salary: Negotiable
