Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This position is responsible for designing and developing innovative fabric concepts for activewear, sportswear, lingerie, and synthetic fabrics while ensuring quality, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
∎ Design and develop innovative fabric concepts for activewear, sportswear, lingerie, and synthetic fabrics.
∎ Collaborate with the product development team to ensure fabric meets quality and performance standards.
∎ Research global trends, new technologies, and sustainable fabric innovations.
∎ Work closely with textile mills to develop custom materials and finishes.
∎ Ensure compliance with buyer specifications and industry standards.
∎ Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create presentations, promotional materials, and market positioning strategies.
