∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fabric Inspection, Quality Inspection
Job Responsibilities:
∎ All incoming raw materials must be held in a dedicated and clearly identifiable quarantine area until the inspection, testing and colour continuity processes has been completed.
∎ Need to identify all fabric defect in width wise and length wise.
∎ For Fabric defect identification he will put a red arrow sticker and also tag on the selvege of defect side.
∎ Fabric Inspector Jobs will cut one strip from center and end like beginning.
∎ Take care the whole fabric Inspection process is passed fabric will proceed for cutting.
∎ Evaluate workmanship, quality and construction of garments samples, to determine the correctness.
∎ Gather information to create tech packs where appropriate.
∎ Problem shoot and manage critical path when required.
∎ Ensure fabrics dimensional stability as per buyer's requirements.
∎ Ensure the dyed fabric quality according to the standard requirements.
∎ Ensure & arrange all types of test for the fabrics.
∎ Ensure harmless fabrics production which is totally free from RSL.
∎ Regular visits & interaction with mills.
∎ Check shrinkage / color fastness & GSM of each batch.
∎ Check quality of woven fabrics.
∎ Final inspection of fabric orders.
∎ Need to do any other job assigned by management

∎ Age 28 to 36 years
