Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring fabric quality and technical compliance throughout the production process, from sourcing to manufacturing.
∎ Oversee fabric quality control, manage fabric sourcing, and ensure fabrics meet required standards.
∎ Collaborate with various teams to resolve fabric-related issues and provide technical guidance.
∎ Work on new fabric designs, including sample development, color matching, and fabric specifications.
∎ Identify and resolve fabric-related quality issues before production input, addressing issues like shrinkage mismatch, curling, or shade variation.
∎ onitor and control fabric-related costs, including optimizing material usage and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
∎ Solve fabric-related issues during cutting or sewing.
∎ Overseeing the fabric technical team ensuring the best quality of garment is produced, create and implement an ethical compliance business strategy that delivers international standards.
