∎ Familiarity with faculty mentoring and leadership development programs
∎ Strong knowledge of active learning strategies, assessment techniques, and curriculum development
∎ Proficiency in educational technology and digital tools for teaching and learning
∎ Strong facilitation and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
∎ Ability to analyze feedback and data to enhance training effectiveness
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
∎ Strong ethical values, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding ethics and morality in teaching and facilitation
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and the use of Internet
∎ Capability to function effectively in a diverse work environment with diverse group of colleagues

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and deliver faculty training sessions on pedagogical best practices, active learning methods, and assessment strategies
∎ Assist in the planning and execution of LTIC initiatives, workshops, and professional development programs
∎ Provide hands-on support to faculty members in curriculum design, instructional strategies, and effective technology use in teaching
∎ Collaborate with department heads to determine training needs and identify areas for improvement
∎ Gather and analyze faculty feedback to assess the impact of training programs and recommend improvements
∎ Maintain comprehensive records, archiving of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
∎ Collaborate with academic departments to identify faculty development needs and tailor training sessions accordingly
∎ Develop and maintain training materials, resources, and toolkits for faculty use
∎ Develop regular reports to evidence training and improvement in training attendance and delivery
∎ Motivate participants to continue developing their skills beyond the training session
