Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination of all facilities management activities for assigned projects involving maintenance, safety, security of completed buildings
∎ Ensuring periodic maintenance and incidental repair works of assigned projects
∎ Coordination with contracted vendors, suppliers, repair and maintenance providers to ensure timely and accurate service
∎ Implementation and follow up of all standard work processes, documentations, operation control checks, employee evaluations in coordination with the management team
∎ Arrangement of various events related to assigned project including organizing and coordinating departmental meetings
∎ Preparing and reporting monthly status pertaining to finance required for maintaining departmental infrastructure and facilities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal)
∎ Should be Hardworking, Self motivated
∎ Computer literacy is mandatory
∎ Skilled in General maintenance
∎ Ability to work under extreme pressure
∎ Sincere, energetic and dedicated to work
