∎ Training/Trade Course: supply chain
∎ Skills Required: Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, financial costing, Marketing Strategies

∎ At least 8 year(s)

Chemical Engineering, Collaboration and Teamwork, Electrical Engineering, Excellent leadership and communication skills., Mechanical Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To plan, develop, and implement the manufacturing goal of the Bran Oil Factory by ensuring proper policies and procedures, adjusting systems and processes, and maintaining high standards for production processes to make sure efficiency and sustainable growth are achieved.
∎ • To handle complete operations in terms of Manufacturing, Quality & Maintenance of 300 TPD Bran oil extraction (SEP) plant attached to a 100 TPD Edible Oil Refinery.
∎ • Plan, design, erect, implement, and operate new business to diversify the area of business
∎ • Managing employees, staff and their performances, motivation, recruitment, selection including key performance indicators for performance evaluation; managing teams of engineers, quality control, and production for smooth execution of factory operations.
∎ • Achieving optimum employee levels with least amount of overhead and raw material costs to meet annual budgetary plan and ensuring profitability of manufacturing operations.
∎ • Responsible for the Safety of Employees, safety of Factory fulfills the requirements of Department of Environment, and remain consistent with established manufacturing and safety procedures.
∎ • Develop skill level of the manufacturing employees and support them to achieve their targets by arranging employee training on manufacturing, operations process, safety, product development, housekeeping, work environment, method improvement etc.
∎ • Leading the overall business operation, including SEP and Refinery operation, of Bran Oil to ensure overall profitability and business sustainability and also ensuring optimum utilization of available resources in the business.
∎ • Procure adequate volume of bran to run the plant throughout the year
∎ • Ensure sales of Crude Oil as per target to contribute towards the profitability of the company
∎ • Ensure Refine Oil sales as per target to contribute towards the company profitability
∎ • Optimizing the cost structure in each level of operation
∎ • Maintain reasonable price level in procurement of inputs and sales of output.
∎ • Lead the sales of all output from the factory.
∎ • Lead and supervise all periodical and other maintenance of factory and other related establishment and vehicles.
∎ • Approval of PR, MRR, Requisition of materials in the ERP and assign the responsible official to accomplish the procurement.
∎ • Approval of MRN & Invoices Interaction with Accounts department regarding Cash Position and other financial issues.
∎ • Random checking of cash balance each week.
∎ • Oversee the development and implementation of organizational activities to protect the interest of shareholders and any other jobs assigned by the management as and when required.
