Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations of the rice mill/factory ensuring smooth production.
∎ Supervise and coordinate activities of staff and workers in all departments.
∎ Ensure proper operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
∎ Monitor production targets, quality control, and inventory levels.
∎ Ensure proper drying, milling, polishing, packaging, and storage of rice.
∎ Maintain strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
∎ Handle procurement of raw paddy and manage logistics and supply chain.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production, manpower, and inventory.
∎ Identify areas of improvement and implement process optimization techniques.
∎ Train, motivate, and evaluate workers to improve performance and productivity.
∎ Liaise with upper management and provide regular updates on operations.
