Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Production Planning: Develop schedules and workflows to meet production targets.
∎ Efficiency Management: Optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
∎ Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards and comply with regulations.
∎ Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate factory workers, technicians, and supervisors.
∎ Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents.
∎ Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Ensure raw materials are available and minimize production delays.
∎ Cost Control: Manage budgets and reduce unnecessary expenses.
∎ Equipment Maintenance: Oversee machinery maintenance and repairs.
∎ Problem-Solving: Address production issues and implement improvements.
∎ Reporting & Analysis: Track production performance and report to senior management.
∎ You need to have a deep idea about SS and MS goods and furniture and the design of any product will have to be costed by the production.
