Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering.
∎ Graduate under BUET, RUET, CUET, KUET, Islamic University of Technology, Shahjalal University of Science and Technology and DUET will be preferred.
∎ Will consider candidates without BSc In Engineering if candidate displays adequate experience in Marble and Granite Processing industry.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent leadership capability and staff management skill Preparation of daily work program.
∎ Create production schedule, reports and analysis.
∎ Review production process, raw material management and waste control.
∎ Coordination to resolve production issues and ensure smooth production flow.
∎ Responsible for the performance & development of all production employees.
∎ Maintain good housekeeping, floor and machinery cleaning plans.
∎ Leading and inspiring team for better production.
∎ Resolve production problems.
∎ Must have thorough knowledge of and be capable of operating and troubleshooting of all equipment and machinery.
∎ Monitor machine maintenance schedule and execute accordingly.
∎ Must be able to read and understand operations manuals, equipment instructions, safety rules, etc., write reports, and communicate with management and subordinates to solve problems, provide instruction, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicant should have good interpersonal & coordination skills.
∎ Must have competence to work under pressure to meet deadline in any adverse situation.
∎ Should be capable to communicate in English.
∎ Computer literacy is necessary.
∎ Must be pro-active with "do-it-yourself" mentality.
∎ Must be energetic, hardworking and objective oriented.
∎ Possessing high integrity and loyalty towards the company.
∎ Minimum 2 years as Factory/ Production Manager.
