Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the design and product development cycle from concept to production-ready samples.
∎ Translate mood boards, trends, and brand DNA into commercially viable, stylish collections for both export clients and in-house labels.
∎ Work across multiple categories: leggings, joggers, hoodies, sports bras, tanks, tees, outerwear, streetwear sets, and more.
∎ Collaborate closely with pattern masters, merchandisers, and factories to ensure design feasibility and production accuracy.
∎ Research and propose functional fabric, trim, and wash developments suited to performance apparel.
∎ Stay ahead of global fashion trends, color forecasting, and consumer behavior in the athleisure and streetwear space.
∎ Communicate with global clients when needed to present mood boards, design ideas, or finalize tech packs.Requirements:
∎ 3+ years of hands-on experience in fashion design and product development—preferably in activewear or streetwear.
∎ Strong portfolio demonstrating understanding of fit, function, and fashion in athleisure and casualwear.
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO 3D or other 3D garment rendering tools.
∎ Strong grasp of technical packs, grading, construction, and print techniques.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight production deadlines.
∎ Knowledge of sustainable fabric trends, trims, and design innovations is a strong plus.
∎ Strong communication skills in English.
