Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Heavy Knitting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Sweater Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have wide knowledge about global current fashion trends
∎ Have innovative knowledge to develop sweaters of new styles considering season, country & gender
∎ Make Sketches by hand or on the computer
∎ Capability to make a design according to buyer tech pack
∎ Capability to quickly finish a design/sample according buyer requirements
∎ Have knowledge of all kinds of yarn characteristics
∎ Able to create designs and collections based on ideas and mood boards
∎ Must have enough knowledge about garment construction and patterns
∎ Coordinate with sample designers to produce attractive sweaters
∎ Must have Excellent follow up skills and ability to meet deadlines
∎ Capable to reduction sample making cost, increase productivity & reduce production cost
∎ Ability to lead the design & product development team under budget constraints
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Creative skills: Illustrator, Photoshop
∎ Color sensibility
∎ Analyzing trends in yarn/ Fabrics Color & shapes
∎ Must be organized and be able to multitask
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, influencing ability & an approachable working style, sensitivity to the needs of the organization
∎ Excellent computer skill and equipped with using software & different module.
