∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in fashion designing, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Hon's or masters in fashion designing from reputed design institute.
∎ Training/ Trade Course: Any trade course on fashion design, diploma in fashion design
∎ Skills Required: Administration, fashion development, Fashion House, Merchandising, RMG sector(Fashion Technology)

Job Context:
∎ Reputed companies of the country, 1 & 9 Group by 1 & 9 Apparel Creator Ltd. and 19Bay Industries Ltd & 19Bay Fashion are looking for potential and experienced candidate for the position of Fashion Designer.
∎ We are looking for a senior Fashion Designer who will take responsibility for design, development and manufacturing of the Ladies wear , Specially Kids , Boys and Girls wear line for both woven and knit fabrics.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ You will be responsible for design and developing product range for our buying house as per buyer requirement, primarily Ladies, kid, boys and girls wear.
∎ Create initial flat sketch and transform into detail tech packs for every style.
∎ Carry out the sample development process in person.
∎ Carry out merchandising activity and ensure timely delivery of all raw materials and trims for smooth production.
∎ You will have to utilized the company's different manufacturing strengths and capacities in co- ordination with available fabric from the market to develop.
∎ Regular Visit the various fabric and accessories local market on a regular basis to source the best raw material for the product line and for the sampling.
∎ You will also have to co-ordinate with different manufacturing facilities and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of products.
∎ Develop graphics design for knitwear and embroidery work.
∎ Carry out and supervise the printing style and design development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Boutique Fashion, Fashion Brand, Fashion Design, Fashion Designing, Fashion.
∎ Designing in any reputed local fashion brand, Graphics Design, Graphics Designing, Handling Buyer and Buying house, Merchandising.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Boutique/ Fashion, Garments, Buying House.
∎ Must have good knowledge on recent fashion trends for kids and ladies wear.
∎ Must have good knowledge on varieties type of fabric and accessories.
∎ Must have good knowledge on varieties type of print and embroidery and others garment technology.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly).
Salary Review: Yearly.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus.
∎ Salary Review: Yearly.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly).
∎ As per company policy.
