∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Post-Graduation from any reputed university with no Third Division/Class
∎ Qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA/ACA is preferable)
∎ Minimum 06 years of similar experience in reputed banks/FIs
∎ Ability to develop and drive strategic initiatives and Business Plans
∎ Strong knowledge on VAT, Taxes and IFRSs, relevant circulars & policies by regulators
∎ Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal relationship
∎ Good skills to operate Microsoft Office Applications/ banking software

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation of budget variance of different segments i.e. deposit variance, advance variance, profit variance etc.
∎ Analyze and prepare MIS related to the financial health of the Bank
∎ Developing and managing yearly financial and tax strategies
∎ VAT and Tax management as per regulatory guideline and laws, conduct proactive VAT and Tax planning to ensure minimization of Income Tax liabilities of the company and appraise the management accordingly
∎ To monitor all legal issues relating to finance matters, Tax, VAT etc.
∎ Prepare and maintain regular Financial Planning Reports, organization of Annual/Half-Yearly Business Conferences
∎ Ensure the genuineness of the Payment/ Receive/ Journals and ensure a standardized & effective centralized payment process is maintained
∎ Ensure the Bank Reconciliation Statement on monthly basis within the stipulated time
∎ Ensure the deduction of AIT & VAT has been complied with prevalent laws
∎ Checking and verification of any Reschedule/ Settlement of from Accounts point of view
∎ Direct association from Accounts Department to run Core Banking Solution (CBS)
∎ Supervise the completion of Monthly Financial Statements
∎ Assist Credit Rating Agency during Bank’s Credit Rating process
∎ Assist and coordinate with the Internal/ External Auditor for completion of the different audits
