∎ A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least three years of experience in field supervision, quality control, and conducting training/briefing sessions.
∎ Proven experience in moderating FGDs, IDIs, and KIIs in a survey research agency for at least two years.
∎ Strong proficiency in Bengali transcription for FGD, IDI and KII.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bangla.
∎ Willingness and ability to travel outside Dhaka for field supervision and data collection activities, including FGDs and IDIs.
∎ A hard worker with a cooperative mindset, committed to accomplishing tasks within deadlines.
