Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Economics or Social Science or any subject from any reputed university with 5 years relevant experience.

Job Context:
∎ Name of Project: Building Resilience to Achieve Zero Hunger (BRAZH) project supported by WFP.
∎ Job Location: Chilmari, Kurigram.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management:
∎ Look after overall project office management, security and services
∎ Initiatives for field staff development, training and other services
∎ Ensure required logistic supplies in the project
∎ Controlling the overall budget as approved

∎ Planning:
∎ Plan, develop, design, implement and monitor the SLP, FbF and CRI activities.
∎ Developed detailed annual and quarterly project activity plan
∎ Prepare monthly project implementation plan in accordance with budget.

∎ Coordination:
∎ Coordinate the field staff and make coordination within the organization.
∎ Coordinate field visit at upazila level by different delegates including WFP and other development partners.
∎ Develop and maintain working relationships with local administration (union, upazila and district) and relevant government departments.
∎ Regular linkage with the project management and donors and WFP local team.

∎ Monitoring and Supervision:
∎ Monitoring day to day progress.
∎ Supervise the field staff and render necessary support to get quality outputs
∎ Follow-up different project interventions at field.

∎ Documentation and Reporting:
∎ Prepare case studies on success stories on project intervention.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual progress reports and deliver it to NDP and WFP.
∎ Contribute in developing M & E tools, collect data, analyses and prepare report.
∎ Produce project progress report, case studies, blogs and publications.
∎ Other roles in project implementation:
∎ Implementation of the SLP, FbF and CRI activities as per project design.
∎ Support and guide on the development of producer organizations and small-scale enterprises to develop business plan, financial projection, financial analysis and business management
∎ Identify and analyses the potential opportunities to improve project participants' access to markets and to improve efficiency of market actors.
∎ Design and develop training programme and appropriate training.
∎ Organize and facilitate different workshops/meetings, orientation and discussion sessions for project staff and stakeholders.
∎ Supervise and monitor training programmes delivered by Filed Facilitators including training quality and provide technical support for corrective actions;
∎ Facilitate project beneficiaries to establish linkage with input and output market actors
∎ Closely monitor and follow up income generating activities initiated by the beneficiaries through regular field visit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ Minimum 5 years working experience in programme management in the relevant fields
∎ Age below or equal to 42 years
∎ Working experience in supervisory position
∎ Commitment towards working for the poor and extreme poor people in rural area
∎ Report writing skill in English
∎ Having computer knowledge MS word/excel
∎ Should have valid motorcycle driving license.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 40,000 and other project benefits
