Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with the implementing partner to organize and facilitate community mobilization activities in the field.·
∎ Mobilize and register participants for all activities, including adolescents, caregivers, vulnerable children, female sex workers, and youth, according to project eligibility criteria.·
∎ Organize and conduct periodic meetings with community groups (both adults and children) to address various issues such as alternative income sources, financial management, collective savings, and conflict resolution at the field level.·
∎ Work closely with community groups to identify needs, initiate community-led initiatives, and facilitate collective action on key issues.·
∎ Support the organization and facilitation of positive parenting workshops for adult caregivers, ensuring attendance tracking and feedback collection.·
∎ Coordinate the selection and enrollment process for vulnerable children needing education support, working closely with teachers, School Management Committees (SMCs), and community leaders.·
∎ Identify potential job opportunities in various sectors relevant to the skills and training within the country and surrounding areas.
∎ Implement life skills sessions for adolescents aged 14–17 years using the S4P and 'Engage' curricula, ensuring active participation and a safe learning environment.·
∎ Assist in the delivery of alternative livelihood support activities for female sex workers, including organizing training sessions and follow-ups on livelihood plans.·
∎ Facilitate skills development and career counselling sessions for adolescents and youth (16–25 years), helping participants identify their strengths and future pathways.·
∎ Oversee the transparent and accountable disbursement of monthly food packages and cash transfer to beneficiaries.·
∎ Understand employers' hiring needs, job specifications, and required skill sets.·
∎ Promote the skills and capabilities of project beneficiaries to potential employers.·
∎ Conduct individual assessments of participants’ skills, work experience, interests, and career goals.·
∎ Match beneficiaries' profiles and skills with suitable job openings.

∎ Maintain regular communication with community members, stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure transparency and collaboration throughout project activities.·

∎ Provide continuous support and guidance to grant recipients to establish and manage their businesses effectively.·
∎ Communicate to build and maintain strong relationships with employers (businesses, NGOs, government agencies) through networking, meetings, and outreach activities.
∎ Track and document all job placement activities and outcomes accurately in a database discussing with the MEAL Specialist.·
∎ Conduct post-placement follow-ups with both employers and beneficiaries to ensure job satisfaction, address any challenges, and gather feedback.·
∎ Prepare regular reports on job placement activities, outcomes, challenges, and lessons learned.·
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employer contacts, job vacancies, and beneficiary placements.·
∎ Contribute to the overall monitoring and evaluation of the livelihood project's impact.
