Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years' experience as an administrator or a similar role and prepared to take face challenging situations to gain experience further.
∎ Previous experience of working in a finance function.
∎ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including excel, and the desire to engage with new systems and working methods is essential.
∎ Proven skills and experience in communication and general office IT management
∎ Problem solver and can work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ Possess good administrative and secretarial skills.
∎ Able to deliver exceptional service on behalf of the organization internally and externally. Ability to deal with external professionals, technical experts towards building maintenance.
∎ Have good knowledge about employment law and good practices in voluntary/ charity sector.
∎ Ensure to be punctual to work and be a good team player and flexible to work in unsocial hours if required.

Salary: Tk. 18000 (Monthly)
