Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Your responsibilities:-
∎ Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, billing, collections, payments, payroll, reconciliations, systems, controls, policies, and procedures.
∎ Reporting: Prepare financial statements and reports, interact with external auditors, and oversee the development of weekly and monthly reporting books to the Group CFO, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
∎ Working Capital Optimization: Seek working capital optimization by leveraging accounts receivables collection and enforcing credit policy.
∎ Cash Management: Maintain detailed oversight of cash position, provide cash flow reporting, cash flow forecasting, treasury considerations, and working capital analyses.
∎ Compliance: Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions and statutory compliance according to regulations, interacting with external tax advisors.
∎ Bank Relationships: Manage relationships with local banks and support long-term funding efforts with local banks and institutions, leveraging the ESG agenda.
∎ Leadership & Team management: Lead and develop the finance team to enhance efficiency and performance, foster a culture of financial discipline and accountability and collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with business operations.
∎ Tax Strategy: Create and present financial and local tax strategy recommendations.
∎ Financial Planning and Analysis: Support financial planning and analysis efforts, ensuring comprehensive month-end closing and reporting, robust balance sheet control, and timely delivery of results and forecasts to the Group CFO.
∎ Process Automation: Optimize accounting and financial processes automation via ERP and support financial reporting.
∎ Intercompany Loans: Support intercompany loan structures as an alternative source of funding

∎ Deliverables Outcomes:-
∎ Accounting registry: ensure accounting ledger accuracy, compliance with accounting policies, tax regulations and statutory compliance.
∎ Financial Statements: compliance with local regulation and execution of external audits, aligned with local accounting principles and IFRS.
∎ Financial Strategy & Planning – Annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial roadmaps.
∎ Risk & Compliance Management – Regulatory compliance, tax filings, and internal controls.
∎ Cash Flow & Liquidity – Cash flow forecasts, debt management, and working capital optimization.
∎ Leadership & Development – Finance team growth, process automation, and efficiency improvements.
