Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting/ CMA/ CA
∎ Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting/ CA/ CMA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking all kind of vouchers, cash book, check register, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to Finance & Accounts.
∎ Checking petty cash & vouchers.
∎ Maintain and checking accounting documents and records
∎ To prepare & checking daily reports like daily cash flow, fund position, creditors report & update daily to the management.
∎ To prepare all salary sheet & ta/da sheet/bonus sheet for every month.
∎ Planning & executing internal & external audits.
∎ Ensure daily data entry in the accounting software independently in due time.
∎ To Review Various Type of cash requisition for fund allocation.
∎ To perform other task assigned by management from time to time.
∎ Ensuring that all rebates are taken and saving cost of the company.
∎ Ensure all banking transactions & others.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2 to 3 year (s) in any renowned pharmaceuticals company.
∎ Should be honest, trustworthy and hard working.
∎ Should be capable to work as individual or in team.
