Additional Requirements:
∎ You will bring minimum 3 years of experience in a whole range of financial services to an organization, ideally with at least 2 years in NGO or INGO's. Experience in accounting software and good experience and skills in working with Microsoft Excel, ability to understand and implement the government Tax and VAT Laws, manages resources and deadlines with minimum supervision and having high level of initiative and commitment to the work given, good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to recommends and implements of improvements, Influences ways of working, coaches junior and peer staff, s/he will be responsible, flexible and adaptable, good team player and builder, Strong organizational skills, detail oriented with ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines, ability to work and communicate effectively with colleagues/ partners/ beneficiaries to insure compliance with Oxfam GB policies and procedures, ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and numerous, ability to speak, read, write and work in Bangla and English, proven experience working in a similar role or any other finance related tasks as assigned by line manager.
