Job Context:
∎ Based at Bangladesh Country Office, Dhaka
∎ Plan International Bangladesh is looking for finance specialist to provide support to partner management, to communicate internally with project managers at country office, divisional office as well as some project point person mainly for budget, reporting and compliance related issues of assigned grants projects. The position holder will communicate with PNGOs as point persons.

Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a potential team member who is familiar with equal valued partnership management, who has the ability to initiate discussion on identified issues in partnership and reaching common grounds of collaboration.
∎ 3 to 4 years of working experience preferably in NGO/INGO.
∎ A good command in MS applications, SAP software & knowledge in general accounting procedures & principles are highly recommended. The person is expected to behave consistently in approach to work & support program teams, develop mutual trusting relationship with complex partnership that have excellent business outcomes. In addition to that willingness to work for and on behalf of the organization at times of disaster within Plan working areas is required.

Salary:
∎ BDT. 86,870.00 - 1,08,588.00 (Monthly CTC) along with other benefits i.e., Life insurance, and hospitalization benefit.
