Responsibilities & Context:
∎ SAJIDA Foundation is a value-driven, non-government organisation. It embodies the principle of corporate philanthropy, with 51% shareholding of Renata Ltd, one of the fastest growing pharmaceutical and animal health product companies in Bangladesh. ∎ The Financial Analyst will undergo comprehensive training across various finance functions to develop a strong understanding of financial operations, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and analysis. The Analyst will support the finance team in day-to-day operations and strategic financial planning, with the goal of growing into a future leadership role.

∎ Reports to: Director, Finance & Accounts
∎ Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
∎ Support budgeting and financial planning processes.
∎ Participate in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
∎ Analyse financial data and present actionable insights.
∎ Work on cost control and expense analysis.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project-based financial analysis.
∎ Maintain financial documentation and support financial system updates.
∎ Learn and use financial software and tools as required.
∎ Support in developing financial policies and procedures.
