∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ Certified Accounting degrees such as CA, ACCA, etc.
∎ Only applicants with educational background in Accounting will be considered, as the job is primarily Finance/Accounting related, and requires comfort in dealing with numbers
∎ Skills Required: Communication skill., Data Mining, Financial Models, Good command over Excel, Good English Communication will be added advantage., Report Writing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly motivated Financial Accounting Analysts with at least 3 years of work experience are needed at ODIN, which is a consulting and outsourcing company. Analysts will be working on Financial Modelling & Valuation on the debt-side. Analysts should be motivated to constantly learn, to make progress, and to improve their skills, abilities, and decision-making.
∎ Analysts will be working with ODIN's offshore-clients and need to be diligent team players with good communication skills and with excellent reading and writing ability in English.
∎ Analysts will be expected to work heavily with numbers in MS Excel, and will be taught to be an Advanced Excel user. They will also be expected to constantly learn, and to develop their technical & communication skills, so that they may eventually supervise teams, and teach new analysts.
∎ Applicants will be assessed based on their motivation, English, learning ability in MS Excel, attention to detail, common sense, and ability to apply their knowledge to the tasks at hand.
∎ PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
∎ Data Processing in MS Excel
∎ Analysis and screening of Financial Models
∎ Financial Modelling
∎ Data Mining and Analysis
∎ Report Writing
∎ Thoughtful Communication and follow-up with team-members and clients
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Excellent reading and writing ability in English
∎ Working knowledge on MS office, more specifically MS Excel
∎ Analytical Mind-frame
∎ Attention to detail
∎ Comfort in working with numbers
∎ Ability to compile coherent reports
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Based on experience, salary will be negotiable.
