Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Finishing)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The deserving candidate must have extensive expertise of controlling around 70 lines of Garments Finishing operation.
∎ He must have the ability to handle inspection with external buying office QA Team with adequate knowledge on the quality standards of the buyers.
∎ He must have the skill to manage the full team of the finishing division to utilize each and every manpower of the division with optimum success.
∎ He must have strong leadership quality in production operation with continuous efforts too improve the knowledge and skill of the team as well as the skill to solve the problems.
∎ He must be highly sound technically and capable of monitoring day to day activities of the Finishing Division.
∎ He must have the ability to monitor and control quality system and prepare the finished goods with the right quality first time.
∎ He must be able to closely follow up shipment plan and achieve it with the set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as and when required, and analyzing individual worker performance.
∎ He must be able to optimize quality manpower allocation.
∎ He must have mental mindset to perform other Finishing related duties and responsibilities as and when required by the Managemen
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers & staffs.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in finishing and quality system.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
