∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, Garments Finishing, Incharge (Cutting/ Sewing/ Finishing/ Floor etc.)

∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Based on shipment loading finishing layouts and style allocations for better productivity
∎ Daily finishing section [after wash receiving to loading] balancing as per shipment targets
∎ Periodically measure current process and people capacity and do adjustment as necessary
∎ Daily efficiency report preparation and publish
∎ Daily/Weekly based on loading Machineries/labour loading calculations
∎ Actions to taken for NPT reduction and minimize OT in finishing
∎ Skill evaluation and upgrade
∎ Have to work on in continual progress in the process.
∎ Need to maintain the manpower within budget and have to monitor the attendance, disciplinary issues of the subordinates.
