Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Installing and maintaining systems: Install, update, and maintain fire alarm systems in residential and commercial buildings.
∎ Inspecting and testing: Inspect and test fire alarm systems to ensure they meet safety standards and are installed correctly.
∎ Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues with fire alarm systems and explain corrective actions to property owners.
∎ Responding to calls: Respond to emergency service calls and other service calls for alarm and detection systems.
∎ Training: Attend training classes to stay current on fire codes, regulations, and alarm systems.
∎ Estimating costs: Estimate the materials, labor, and equipment needed to perform a job.
∎ Inspecting subordinate work: Inspect the work of subordinates to ensure it meets contract specifications.
∎ Maintaining records: Maintain records and prepare daily activity reports.
∎ Following codes: Follow applicable building codes
∎ Adhering to policies: Adhere to the company's safety policy, confidentiality agreement, and code of conduct.
∎ Candidates must have sound knowledge and proven Experience in Fire Alarm Systems.
∎ Candidates with past Gulf Country experience in same position will get preference.
