Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM MAINTAIN, Fire Safety Audit, Health Safety Fire, Must have adequate knowledge on Fire Safety Standards of Accord
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive fire safety programs and protocols.
∎ Conduct regular inspections to identify potential fire hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
∎ Organize and execute fire drills and emergency response simulations to enhance preparedness.
∎ Collaborate with various departments to establish and maintain safety procedures.
∎ Monitor and maintain fire safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, alarms, sprinkler systems, and emergency lighting.
∎ Provide training to employees on fire safety protocols and procedures.
∎ Investigate incidents and accidents related to fire and safety concerns and recommend corrective actions.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in fire and safety management.
∎ Prepare and submit reports on safety performance and compliance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Proven experience in fire safety management, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
∎ Knowledge of fire prevention, emergency response, and safety regulations in Bangladesh.
∎ Certification in fire safety and emergency response procedures will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Detail-oriented mind-set with strong problem-solving abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
∎ Strong Communication Skill in English Language
∎ Adequate IT Proficiency on Ms. Office.
