Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the line manager in increasing embroidery production efficiency while maintaining high quality standards by developing new production processes and techniques;
∎ Assist plans to synchronize technical and production for maximum production efficiency and to monitor the performance;
∎ Attend pre-production meetings with the embroidery team on every new order;
∎ Follow up the order sheet according to color and quantity before preparing a production schedule for embroidery;
∎ Assist the line manager to organize and utilize manpower capacity to the maximum to ensure that production targets are achieved;
∎ Improve production procedures to cut waste and rejects.
∎ Liaison with different sections of the factory
∎ To monitor and control all kinds of embroidery production processes.
∎ Monitor the embroidery production target every hour of a day.
∎ To keep the responsible area neat, clean, and sanitary.
∎ To follow the principle of cost minimizing.
∎ Ensure the quality of the embroidery is good.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Knowledge on embroidery trims quality as well as buyer's demand of embroidery garments
Salary: Negotiable
