∎ Collaborate with the university's sports department to schedule events and manage facilities
∎ Ensure player safety and adherence to sportsmanship and discipline
∎ Recruit and nurture talented players from the student body
∎ Promote inclusivity and teamwork within the football program
∎ Foster a positive and encouraging environment for student-athletes
∎ Maintain records of player attendance, performance, and development
∎ Prepare and submit reports on team activities and achievements
∎ Assist in budgeting and procurement for football-related resources
