∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Fast Food Shop, Ice Cream

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hire, train, and supervise staff and outlet operation
∎ Ensure customer service is maintained at a high level
∎ Ensure health, safety and environment licensing regulations are followed
∎ Ensure food is prepared and cooked as per specifications
∎ Organize food events, promotions and advertising.
∎ Greet customers, and arrange to serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
∎ Ensure Food Court area cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing utensils, and servicing restrooms. .
∎ Handle customers complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to Franchise policy.
∎ Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a standard dress code
∎ Participate in daily business review meeting, sales meetings and management meetings.
∎ Meet and greet VIP Guests and major corporate clients upon arrival
∎ Conduct any Health and Safety procedures, if required, including fire walks, food safety investigations, etc.
∎ Keep track of monthly, quarterly and yearly goals
∎ Monitor and report on revenue, cash flow and daily transaction
∎ Operate and use all equipment necessary for outlet operation
∎ Arrange to procure raw materials from local and abroad
∎ Check food quality and presentation before serving to customer
∎ Ensure clear and clean tables promptly according to proper sanitation standards
∎ Work successfully as part of a team, while under pressure

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experiences to work in Franchise Outlet
∎ Adequate knowledge on importing Raw materials/ commercial activities.
∎ Good command on computer
∎ Fluent in English communication
∎ Good interpersonal skill
∎ Can do attitude
∎ Able to work as a team member
