Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ASL BPO is one of the leading BPO companies in Bangladesh that provides outsourcing services to North American and European Clients.
∎ We are looking for fluent French - speaking candidates (B2 or C1 level skill) for a customer care support project
∎ Candidates will be handling customer queries and chat support from French customers for one of our European clients.
∎ The working shift may vary depending on the work load from client but is generally is 4-5 days a week.
∎ Work Time may vary depending on the work load from client but is generally 9-12 hours But it may change a bit according to the client's needs.
∎ Must be able to work during government holidays such as Eid, etc.
∎ Candidates should have very good computer skills
∎ Preferably candidates who are looking to stay long term and grow their career.
