Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet people entering the office, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.
∎ Ensure knowledge of staff movements inside and outside of the company.
∎ Communicate with customers via phone
∎ Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
∎ Following call center "scripts" when handling different topics.
∎ Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
∎ Report back data of whole day work to admin on different platforms.
∎ We are looking for a Customer Service Representative having good verbal communication skills. Receive Phone calls, Client handle & ability to convince over the phone.
