Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Any discipline subjects.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Calling daily 40-60 customers and invite them to visit our office. Customer contact details will be provided by company.
∎ Update calendars and schedule daily appointments and meetings of Managing Director Sir.
∎ Maintain register book all incoming and outgoing customers.
∎ Answer of the calls or miss calls of clients to next day at the first time.
∎ Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
∎ Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
∎ Maintain entry inside of the office by controlling access via the permission of the reception. (Entrance Permission).
∎ Any other work given by office.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Customer Service, Receptionist/ Front Desk
∎ Proficiency in English will get preference.
∎ Professional attitude, smiling and lovely appearance.
∎ Solid written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
∎ Willing to travel home & abroad.
∎ Smart and convincing personality.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10,000 - 12,000 & Smart Commission (Monthly).

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Official Mobile bill.
∎ Salary Review: 6 months (Depending on performance)
