∎ Strong communication skills – You’ll be speaking to worried or confused pet owners
∎ Customer service mindset – Friendly, approachable, and helpful energy is key
∎ Problem-solving attitude – Things won’t always go to plan, and that’s okay
∎ Ability to multitask – Some days will be packed, but you’ll need to stay calm and focused
∎ Attention to detail – Payments, records, and scheduling must be accurate

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Be the first point of contact for pet owners—greet, guide, and assist them
∎ Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
∎ Map customers to the right vets and assistants based on their pet’s needs
∎ Location: House 4, Mohammadi Main Rd, Mohammadpur, Dhaka-1207
∎ Job Type: Full-Time (6 days/week)
∎ Shifts: 12 PM – 9 PM AND 1 PM – 10 PM
∎ Probation Period: 3 months
