∎ Send SMS notifications for product readiness, returns, and deliveries.
∎ Receive and deliver products as per schedule.
∎ Handle incoming customer calls and provide assistance as needed.
∎ Update job status in the software to ensure records are current.
∎ Sell products to customers and meet sales goals.
